Order Processing Time & Delivery Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Saturday). Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends or holidays.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 11:00 PM (CEST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Confirmation of Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Duties and Taxes
All packages are shipped from Apoliam. There are no additional taxes or hidden fees, meaning you only pay the final price displayed at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Although we take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of your order, we cannot be held responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the damage

  • Photos of the item

Please allow up to 48 hours for our team to respond.

We handle each case individually and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus return shipping costs.
